The new rules for staying at home, social distancing and pubs and bars shutting early due to the COVID-19 pandemic have prompted many a post showing and sharing some of the challenges faced for our relationship and sex lives.

There is the flip side too, and the lack of social lives, being out and about, being 'tired' from all the commuting and the other many more positive effects have meant that some couples have had plenty of time on their hands (or on top of each other 😉) and their bedroom antics and sexy shenanigans have been blooming. We don't want your sex lives to become stale though, so we've got some suggestions to keep going all night long.

Sexting

You may not be miles apart, or able to leave the house. You may even be working in the same room, but a cheeky sex message to your partner while they least expect it could be just the thing to get those juices flowing!

Sexting is the perfect way to add something a little different into your lockdown sex life. Try sending each other dirty messages throughout the day and build up the tension for when you can finally close down the laptop and forget about the zoom calls for the day. ps remember to close it all down before you start!

New Room, New Furniture

Sex doesn't just have to happen in the bedroom. Pre lockdown, you may have got into a routine especially after work, or before of course! The sexual routine is now out of the window with both of you being in the house all day, so have a look around, where and what looks fun. Sex on the dining room table, new home office chair, sex on the counter or maybe making the most of some fun lovin' on the stairs?! Keep you mind open, sex doesn't just have to be for in bed. Think in the shower, or up against a wall or mirror but for obvious reasons, just not outside!

Get the Toys Out

Do you got a vibrator? Well, if not why not (plenty to find here!)... Joking aside, if you have a sex toy, get it out, dust it off, and turn it on. Try Something New

This could be a new sex position, maybe getting the camera out and filming themselves having sex, adding sex toys to the fun, or maybe sharing a sexual fantasy they've never explored before.

Organise a Romantic Night 

We may be in the middle of a lockdown, or rules are still changing making our social lives more difficult and perhaps not quite the same environment and atmosphere when you do go out. So why not indulge in a romantic night in. You could take it in turns to cook and surprise your partner with their favourite meal, or even go for a take away. Plan the date night, get it in the diary. It is something to look forward to, and you may even start some dirty sexy talk about what you could be eating for afters!
